The Christmas Store Leadership Team, a part of the Acts 1:8 Mission Ministry, is leading this year's ministry for the needy in our area (whose names and information come from several local schools) during the Christmas season. Bethel's church members will be invited to be a part of the Christmas Store in the days ahead. Persons wishing to actively participate can contact one of the Christmas Store Team Leaders. Teams needing volunteers are: the Toy Team, the Hygiene Team, the Gift Wrapping Team, the Host/Hostess Team, the Evangelism Team, and the Bagging/Loading Team. Also, all resources (monetary donations, toys, and hygiene items) are collected through gifts from church members desiring to meet the needs of these families.
The 2014 Christmas Store will be on Saturday, December 13th, with setup on Friday evening, December 12th.
Donations will be received September 28th through December 7th. Monetary donations, which are needed to purchase food, additional toys, and sundry items, can be given through a Special Events envelope marked "Christmas Store." Donations of toys and hygiene items may be placed in the collection bin in the church foyer.
Please pray about how God will use you in this ministry to share His love with others.

Welcome to the Children's Ministry at Bethel. It is our desire to lead children to salvation and disciple them to serve the Lord faithfully. Our purpose is for students to experience a life-changing relationship with Jesus Christ. We desire for each student to Love God, Love Others, Serve the World, and Invite Others as a regular part of their daily Christian Life. We seek to help unite with parents and the adults of Bethel in raising children for the Lord. As your child participates in this ministry, prayerfully consider serving in the Children's Ministry.

What is The LOFT?
Every Wednesday night, 7th - 12th grade students gather at the LOFT at Bethel Baptist church for an exciting night of worship and we'd love to have you join us!
What do I do when I get to The LOFT?
If it's your first time, make sure to stop by the guest services desk just inside the entrance. We'll take down your contact info to keep you plugged in on upcoming events and activities.
The LOFT starts at 6:30pm. We've got a great band, and every week Brad will show you how God's Word connects with different parts of your life - school, family, friends, relationships, and current events.
What are Small Groups?
Small Groups is the biggest thing we do every week. We love the atmosphere on Wednesday nights at The LOFT, but nothing surpasses small groups on Sunday mornings. It's all about relationships, digging deep into God's Word and each other's lives. This is where church starts to feel like family.
When and where do Groups meet?
Every Sunday, 7th - 12th grade students gather at 9:00. Come to the LOFT, stop by the front desk, and we'll help you find the Group for you. Side note: we have a fantastic volunteer team who are ready to answer your questions and make you feel at home.
The men of Bethel Baptist Church are excited about the ministry opportunities available to men in our church. Our ministry focus is three fold.
First and foremost, we want to ENCOURAGE men in their PERSONAL SPIRITUAL GROWTH. This happens as men build relationships with one another through involvement in worship, Sunday School, and special events.
Next, we want to EQUIP men to be SPIRITUAL LEADERS in their homes, places of business, church, and community. Through specialized studies and events, we want to see our men grow to become the leaders that God desires for them to be.
Finally, we want to see men ENGAGE in MINISTRY and MISSIONS. God's Word admonishes us to be not only hearers of the Word, but also doers of the Word. Our desire is to see men grow into positions of real leadership within the Kingdom of God, making an impact at home, as well as on foreign soil.
Our Men's Ministry Team would love to have you plug in, alongside other men, intent on "igniting the hearts of men for Jesus Christ." What an exciting adventure! We look forward to sharing it with you, and serving you!

What will you find at Bethel's Women's Ministry? You will be inspired, rejuvenated, and experience growth through weekly Bible studies, retreats, luncheons, and more. No matter your life stage, all women are welcome!
Enjoy building relationships?
We know how you feel. Relationships are integral and vital to our lives as women. Our ministry provides encouragement to equip and challenge you to live out your God-given potential on a daily basis.
Want to grow in Christ at the same time?
Everything we do is built around a biblical foundation. We offer Bible studies throughout the year to help you grow, connect, and learn more about the Lord.
Love serving others?
We want to help you serve others in a greater fashion by giving you the tools you need to be a confident follower of Christ who proclaims Him boldly and loves others. Opportunities to serve are offered throughout the year.
It is our desire for every person to become a fully devoted follower of Jesus Christ. We believe this happens best in biblical community in which people are learning the Bible, sharing the good news of Jesus Christ, ministering to each other, and serving together. At Bethel, we call these small groups, Sunday School.
Sunday School allows you to connect with people in a similar season of life as you seek to live a lifestyle that looks more and more like Jesus. We invite you to join us each Sunday morning at 9:00 AM. To find a class that is right for you, please visit the Welcome Center located in the main foyer, download the Sunday School brochure below, or contact our church office so we can assist in finding the right class for you. We look forward to connecting with you in a small group on Sunday!

Need Biblical counseling?
We understand that there are times in life where you just need a helping hand. In fact, many people are doing very well in some parts of their life while struggling in others. Now might be the time when you need someone to come alongside and encourage you from the Bible.
We see people with all kinds of problems, but the most common would be those struggling in their marriage, helping parents with their children, those dealing with sexual sin, and those struggling with their emotions (depression or anger). In all cases, we use the Bible, God's Sufficient Word, to answer the problems of life.
Currently our counseling is only held on Tuesdays from 1:30-7:00pm.Call to set up an appointment: 205-530-0226
